At the Palazzo Bandino farmhouse, we prepare the same dishes that have been handed down to us by our ancestors, paying particular attention to the quality of the products.
Here we breed Chianina calves fed only with fodder from our land to make your steaks extra tasty. We grow farro grain that is the same since Etruscan times and with it we make a tasty, healthy and nutritious vegetarian soup. We pick the olives by hand only when they are ripe, we prune the Sangiovese, a vine that many have tried to imitate, but only on our hills does this grape give the best of itself, we transform it into a wine aged in small oak barrels.
In addition, we offer daily and weekly cooking classes to discover Tuscan cuisine. During the course you will learn how to prepare an appetiser, two main dishes and a delicious dessert, all accompanied by the best Tuscan wines.
Of course, after the lesson we will sit down to taste the freshly prepared recipes.
