The recipes used in our cookery course are based on two elements: the tradition of Tuscan cuisine which goes back to the Etruscans, who were already in this area 2000 years ago and the simplicity of the ingredients. If cooking is not your cup of tea, you can join us in our 6 days programme in which you can get to know our produce by eating it and drinking it! You can visit local cellars to find out how famous wines like Chianti and Nobile di Montepulciano are made and products like blasamic vinegar and pecorino cheese.

Of course, don't forget that you can sample this wonderful produce everyday paired with our wine. For those of you who are wine connoseurs there is always the possibility of arranging a hald day wine tasting.

The lesson starts in our cellar in which we have been producing wine for 6 generations. You will be immersed in the history of the production of wine whilst sampling different Tuscan wines including DOC, DOCG and Super Tuscans. You will learn to identify top quality wines and appreciate their armonious aroma and structure.
